Green Campus

Our development campus is located at Erode, Tamil Nadu, India, which is located on the banks of the rivers Cauvery and Bhavani. Our sales and registered offices are located in Chennai and Dubai. Our DC is situated in a green environment bounded by trees where we work close to nature.


We believe in a happy tummy at a happy workplace. Our in-house cafeteria is subsidized and pantry is fully stocked to ensure no one goes hungry – during and after work.

Training and Development

We have a structured induction and training programme for new employees to familiarise them with their jobs and colleagues and are assigned a buddy for a successful induction in the company.

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Document test development, execution and overall project status in weekly reports.
  • Create design specifications and provide accurate estimates for new custom programs or program modifications based on requirements presented by Application consultants and or Clients.
  • Develop detailed design documentation.
  • Write new custom programs in .NET technologies.
  • Modify existing programs with enhanced functional logic.
  • Write MS SQL Server Stored Procedures, Views and Triggers.
  • Backup customization source code and keep version control including change documentation.
  • Provide ongoing client support on custom programs & reports.
  • Communicate with Application Consultants and Project Managers on project status and problem issues.
  • Should have excellent Analytical and Logical Reasoning Skill
  • Sound knowledge .Net, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, javascript, jquery, Web service.
  • Multi-task and work independently or within a team
Exp: 2 to 7 years.

  • Should have hands on experience with setting up CRM and Marketing Automation Tools such as mailchimp, hubspot.
  • Experience in running paid ad campaigns.
  • Should have good skills on Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Should have used tools like HubSpot CRM, LeadSquared,  Aweber, GetResponse.
  • Should have experience in managing social media for brands on main channels:
    Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Forums, and Blogs Knowledgeable in Data Drive Marketing, Measurement and Attribution.

Would be responsible to:

  • Creating and executing multiple types of digital marketing campaigns, including lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Knowledge around SEO / SEM, content, email, and social media, including best practices.
  • Basic Knowledge and understanding of website design and development.
  • Experience using a CMS system such as Word press.
  • Applied knowledge of online metrics tools such as google analytics and reporting.
  • Monitor and evaluate end-to-end campaign performance, looking at open rates, CTRs, conversion metrics, and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing campaigns (A/B testing, targeting, creative, messaging), implement those ideas, and track and report on results.
Exp: 7+ years.

  • He/She will be working closely with various teams to make business decisions and create product strategies that ensure the company’s long term sustainability.
  • He/She should works with the Development, Sales, and Client Services teams to build and enhance products from existing ideas, and help develop new concepts based on industry research and the needs of customers and prospects.
  • He/She should possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
  • He/She will conduct market research including working in the field to understand target audience needs and issues, and find innovative solutions for existing and new market segments.
  • He/She will stay on top of current trends and develop long term plans for the success of the product line.
  • He/She is the champion for the product and must communicate with all areas of the company.
  • He/She will be working with Business Analysts and Engineering to define product requirements.
  • He/She will be working with Sales and Marketing Support to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
  • He/She will serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings, working with the sales channel and key clients.

Would be responsible to:

  • Managing the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research   using multiple channels supported by on-going calls and visits to customers and prospects.
  • Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases.
  • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, overseeing interdepartmental activities to execute plans.
  • Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
  • Define feature roadmap for TACTIVE products based on business opportunities and market research.
  • Propose an overall product budget to ensure success.
  • Responsible for Product Functionality List Documents, Product Road Map Documents readiness.
  • Work with sales management and other contributors to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and develop strategy.
  • Create feature descriptions to provide guidance to Business Analysts and contribute and approve the product-related Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specification Documents.
  • Validate detailed specifications and development costing versus market potential and future predictable revenue.
  • Become subject matter experts in product’s markets and provide vision and leadership to technology R&D efforts.
  • Responsible for product launch and release plans. Coordinates internal and external product launches working with Marketing Support and Training teams.
  • Help develop and deploy key market messages and communication strategies for the product line with Marketing Support team. (Including Release Notes, demonstrations, and Improvement Reports.)
  • Collaborate with technology to create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet market needs and leverage opportunities. (e.g., Buy/Build decisions)
  • Monitor and analyze new technologies and inform company of their potential applications to our business. Conduct and lead forward looking research studies.
  • Develop and when necessary deliver concise and meaningful presentations for internal and external audiences, including education and training of sales staff, training of support groups, train the trainer programs, and presentations at symposia, trade shows, and key customer accounts.
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Client Services, Marketing Support, and Technology teams to support product positioning and customer demand as part of new product development.
  • Work with Training team to develop product training plan internally and externally.
  • Consult with Client Services team to ensure appropriate service levels for the product line.
  • Act as a product champion within the company.
  • Create and maintain profit and loss documentation for products and services.

Would be responsible to:

  • Demonstrate the required behaviors, knowledge, and skills to manage the delivery of assigned projects; develop and maintain end-to-end plans to manage project timeline, scope, deliverables, and resources.
  • Coordinate overall project communications, measure progress and monitor performance, and manage risk and issue resolution—anticipating, documenting, and escalating as appropriate.
  • Effectively interface with senior management, key stakeholders, and vendors regarding project deliverables, status, issues, and risks.
  • Work with Operations business units to assess and streamline processes in order to mitigate risk, cost or service issues and generate efficiencies.
  • Support ongoing project management- including progress monitoring, reporting and quality assurance throughout the project.
  • Build and Manage project staff (directly or indirectly); provide leadership, direction, guidance, and support in driving toward expected project outcomes.
  • Identify and monitor cross-project interdependencies; develop and propose solutions to resolve resource conflicts.
  • Collaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices and improve team capabilities to successfully migrate clients.
  • Establish clearly defined goals, objectives, responsibilities, competencies and development plans for each member on the team
  • Creates implementation plans for improvement initiatives including timeline, owner, and key milestones.
